Welcome to Domestique Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our apps, devices and website (the "Service"). Please read them carefully — by creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by them.
1. Accepting these terms
If you use the Service on behalf of a squad, club or team, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to register. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Some features require a paid plan (Squad or Team). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Upload false, manipulated or fraudulent activity data.
- Harass other members, or access data you are not authorised to see.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.
- Use the Service to break any applicable law or third-party right.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the activities, routes and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the Service — including sharing it with your squad according to your visibility settings. You are responsible for the content you post.
6. Safety & assumption of risk
Cycling, motorsport and endurance activities carry inherent risks. The Service provides data and guidance but is not a substitute for your own judgement. Always obey traffic laws, ride within your ability, and keep your attention on the road or track — not the screen. You participate at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data (including GPS, power, heart rate, maps and route grading) is accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and it should not be relied upon for medical or navigation-critical decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domestique Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
10. Changes & contact
